In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your frames, please return them, in their original packaging, WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THEM.

As soon as they are received back in our studio, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the frames (excluding postage).

​

One Year Guarantee Against Manufacturers Faults

We use the highest quality ingredients to make our beautiful frames including French Comotec hinges, Japanese polishing paste for a long lasting shine, and we have been working with our factory for over 30 years.

If there is a failure on the manufacturing of our frames, we offer a one year warranty.

​

We do keep a great library of spare parts as well, so if your frames ever need a repair, please ask your optician to contact us at order@theelusivemisslou.com to arrange a spare part. There will be a cost associated for the spare parts.
